I continue to explore cooking various types of soup.
Instead of relying on the instant french onion soup, miso soup, I started learning to cook soup using pumpkin, winter-melon, shark-fin melon, lotus-root, radish/carrot/potatoes etc.
This week, I will start cooking salted vegetables with tofu soup. I have bought the necessary ingredients during my last grocery shopping trip.
To make my preparation of dinner short and simple, cooking soup seems the best option. Just dump all the necessary ingredients into a pot of water and boil, the soup is ready.
Next dish is usually stir-fry some vegetables or steam food such as brinjal or salmon or pop some frozen stuff such as nuggets or sausages into the oven toaster.
It looks like I am getting closer to become a "professionally lazy" chef!
