Forget the Deer in Nara Deer Park

I have been thinking hard on my whole day in Kansai region.

We will leave early after the breakfast at the hotel in Shinosaka. Then we will take the shinkansen to Kyoto for the Kyoto Imperial Palace Guided Tour at 10am. After that, we plan to go to Nishijin Textile Center to catch the kimono show at 11.30am.

After lunch, we plan to walk to Gion Corner and Ponto-cho to catch a glimpse of the geisha and maiko.

I seriously doubt we have much time to catch a train to Nara to see the deer. This train journey is about an hour. By the time I reach Nara, it will be in the late afternoon and the sun would have already set.

I told Isa that we would be dropping the idea of seeing the deer. She agreed and said that we could see the deer in the Zoo. She preferred to see the geisha and maiko too.
